Such a good experience I had to write a review. Wanted a simple getaway at a more affordable hotel with girlfriend and her young kids who think it’s fun to stay in a hotel and go swimming. This place could not have been any more perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and competent. Everything from the parking lot to the lobby to the pool to the room was pristinely clean and organized. Breakfast was solid for a predictable hotel breakfast. We arrived to peace and left in even more peace. Nicely done!

Excellent location. Facility was clean and well kept. I heard some reviews about the slippery tub but I had no issues (well we are also in our 30’s and 50’s). The breakfast was good and decent for us. I love the fact they have a waffle maker and some warm eggs and sausage. We were surprised about how good the coffee was. Pool and jacuzzi were also clean and nice to enjoy.

The staff were very friendly and were always available to help with any questions. The room had every amenity to ensure a very comfortable stay. Towels were replaced every morning, and the room was cleaned. The breakfast had an excellent selection as well as a waffle maker. We will definitely be a customer the next time we are in Pentwater.

We thought the indoor garden/water area was really cool. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Everything seemed clean and breakfast was always stocked. Friendly staff. Breakfast hours and checkin/checkout times were great. Was nice to be able to take our time packing up to leave in the morning.
